Office Relocation

    All Season Global Solutions has stored, delivered, and installed guest room FF&E, OS&E and millworking for a 350 room and suites modern-chic New York City hotel. Through the course of a project, the client requested help in a project close out at which time All Season Global Solutions developed punch lists, oversaw room completion, and resolved any remaining punch issues.

    We have also performed a restack of more than 4,000 employees for another corporation. Over a 12 month period, the project took place over multiple phases and included one phase in which over 900 employees were moved in one weekend.

    All Season executed a 600 person move over 3 phases for an educational corporation in New York City. The move coincided with the knockdown and rebuilding of all office furniture including 600 cubicles. We assisted with scheduling, product inventory and quality assurance while maintaining all deadlines and customer satisfaction.

All Season packed, moved and installed dozens of laboratories over a 3 month period (36 phases) including some of the most sensitively calibrated and state of the art research equipment for a multinational pharmaceutical corporation.  This project was completed on time, under budget and without a single claim against All Season for damages.

After Hurricane Sandy, one of the hardest hit organizations in New York City needed their research laboratories set up and running immediately after the storm.  All Season sprung into action, deploying more than 50 men to work around the clock in order to relocate the labs to safe, temporary locations across Manhattan.  As their facilities were being rebuilt, All Season moved the researchers and equipment back to their original laboratories in a timely, cost effective manner.

We reach out to countless furniture resellers, wholesalers, and even auctioneers to make sure that each client receives compensation for the value of their furniture.
